The Minister of Social Solidarity said that coordination has been made with the National Social Insurance Authority to include social pioneers with insurance protection in implementation of the presidential assignments to extend social protection for the categories of irregular employment in all their categories, and the decision of the head of the National Social Insurance Authority to include rural women has been issued for the category of irregular employment, allowing them to enjoy all the benefits of the new social insurance law, especially obtaining pension pension, alongside The many other social advantages such as the infection pension during work, and a heirs pension in the event of the death of the insured, whose families get no less than 916 pounds at the present time, with the minimum pension gradually escalating over the coming years. Al -Kabbaj emphasized that the decision allows insurance for social pioneers as of January 1, 2022, and a 9% of the minimum insurance wage of 1,400 pounds per month, and thus each pioneer will pay 126 pounds per month the value of the insurance subscription, provided that the Ministry of Social Solidarity will transfer subscriptions to the Social Insurance Authority, this will contribute in return to pay 168 pounds per month for each pioneer, which is the phrase On the share of the employer, the total monthly subscription will reach 294 Egyptian pounds for each social pioneer. Al -Kabbaj pointed out that there are many irregular employment sectors that have already entered the social insurance system in the recent period, such as members of the representative, music and plastic unions, in addition to the categories of fishermen and workers in the field of waste recycling alongside workers in the construction and construction sector, confirming that the Ministry of Social Solidarity is seeking to include all categories of irregular labor for the social insurance system in order to benefit from all the services and benefits provided by the state.
